✨Domestic Violence Action Center✨
The Domestic Violence Action Center is committed to ending domestic violence and other forms of abuse through leadership, prevention, legal services, individual and systemic advocacy, and social change work.

Volunteer Project: DVAC would like to honor the dedication, compassion, and resilience of these workers who help to provide direct services to survivors of all facets and their families. We acknowledge the emotional demands of this type of work and would like to express the utmost gratitude for those who continue to show up, serve, and advocate in our community every day. And then.. continue to show up the next day!
The initial, “Yes! How can we help!?”, for our clients, feeling can easily get lost overtime as deadlines and goal posts seem to get further and further. This can lead to burnout!
We would like to take this opportunity as a small gesture to remind those that we are all aiming towards the same goal as stewards and a reminder to stop and take a moment for ourselves and keep fighting that good fight. We see you."

• Creating Care Packages
• Writing notes of affirmation
• Decorating bags
