Ronald McDonald House Charities of Hawaii, Inc. provides a home-away-from-home for seriously ill children and their families, offering comfort, care, and a place to stay at no cost when families need it most. We serve families from Hawaii and throughout the Pacific Rim, helping keep them close to the medical care and support their children need. Volunteers are at the heart of our mission, and every act of service makes a meaningful impact. Whether helping to deep clean and organize our House, prepare meals for families, or support special projects, volunteers help create a welcoming, caring environment where families can focus on what matters most: their child’s health and healing.

Volunteer Project: Prepare a Meal: At any given time, we may serve up to 17 families. Our goal is to provide one nutritious meal per day so families have one less thing to worry about. Ingredients will be provided.

Maximum Number of Volunteers: 6
Age Restriction: 14+ (Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.)
What to Wear/Bring:
• Comfortable clothing is recommended.

• Drinks
• Ingredients and instructions on how to make the meal. NOTE: If you are registering as a group and would like to bring all of the ingredients to make the meal, please sign up for your group and contact Melanie at [email protected]. We will connect you with RMHC.
Parking: Parking for Judd Hillside will be offsite in the residential area on Kam or Ferdinand; a shuttle can be provided for pick up service
