In addition to conducting our official business and welcoming new members to our Board of Directors, we will formally kick off this year's campaign, Leading the Way.
The bylaws of United Way of the Greater Capital Region allow any member of our organization to participate in the Annual Meeting. A member is defined as any individual who contributed at least $1.00 between July 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024. In order to conduct business at the Annual Meeting we must have at least 100 votes of our membership.
