Nonprofit Investment Committee Best Practices

About the Trainer: 
Miranda brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our company. She leads our investment committee and provides investment support for our relationship managers. Her expert ability to analyze complex financial information and apply the results serves our clients’ portfolios exceptionally well.
Miranda, who has more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry, previously served as chief operating officer of Lirio and president of its Finworx division which helped advisors by identifying risk tolerance, biases and decision-making patterns of their clients. As president, Miranda managed a team of research analysts, played a key role on the executive team and facilitated client relationships. She also previously served as managing director of public funds for Quintium Advisors LLC.
She majored in finance at University of Tennessee, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School with a focus on finance and economics. She is a CFA® charterholder and member of the CFA Society. She was named to the American Bankers Association’s (ABA) Under 40 in Wealth Management class of 2022 and the InvestmentNews 40 Under 40 class of 2023.
Miranda and her husband, Adam, have twin girls. She enjoys reading, gardening, cooking and international travel.
