Differences

Currently, there can be up to five different generations active in the workplace (BetterUp, 2023). Generational differences can create gaps in communication, misunderstandings, and even conflict. In this program, we engage participants of all ages to bridge generational divides through recognizing how different dimensions of thought and experience increases human connection, productivity and helps teams succeed. Join us as we engage with the community for our first public workshop for this subject!
