About this event
Day of Action invites people from all around our community to roll up their sleeves and make a difference by taking on projects that let us advance our work throughout the community. From packing supply bags to building furniture, it’s fun, rewarding and family friendly.
Building a better future for our community isn’t easy, but together, we can transform neighborhoods and change lives.
Day of Action will kick off June 20th with opportunities through September.
AS AN INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP: You are volunteering to be part of projects that have been submitted by local agencies or are at a United Way of Summit & Medina location.
If you are registering for a group: please have 1 person sing up and indicate how many will be in your group. The group's main point of contact will then be reached out to for the group's information.
All volunteers must be registered NO LATER THAN June 6th, 2025.
AFTER REGISTERING: United Way will review all submitted projects and match individuals and groups to a project. You will be notified by June 13 what project you will be working on with all details needed for the day of event.
Waivers for all projects will be signed at check-in day of event.
